Before you can take advantage of all the time-saving, workflow-simplifying features MerusCase has to offer, you must first take one crucial, initial step. That would be logging into our system to access those features.
If you type "meruscase.com" in your web browser and go to our homepage, you should see a bright, orange "Login" button in the top, right-hand corner of the screen.
You can also go to https://meruscase.com/users/login to directly access the Login page. From there, you can enter your username and password and click Login.
In most instances, your username should match your work email address. If it's your first time signing into MerusCase, your password will be one assigned to you by the administrator for your firm's account.
If you forgot your password or have trouble logging in, you can contact MerusCase support at 510-550-5000 and request a password reset. In order to receive your new, temporary password, you must have access to your email account outside of MerusCase.
