Applicant Address Showing up as Employer Address in Merged Forms


This happens because the Employer is attached to the Applicant as a company. Please detach the Applicant from the company.
 
To do this:

1. Navigate to Cases > Browse Cases
2. Select and open the case for which you want to change the Applicant address
3. Navigate to the Case Details tab.
4. In the plaintiff's information, click on Detach Company.  
 
Once you do that, the only address that will populate for the Applicant is their personal address.

You would want to use the attach function only to attach a chosen Company to a Contact (eg., Doctor, Defense Attorney, Carrier, etc.) so that the business address would populate under that contact's name.
