Setting Default Billing Party in a Case

  1. Once inside a Case, go to the Case Details tab.
  2. On the right side of your screen, under Case Info, scroll down to the Billing Section to view the assigned billing party.
  3. To set a Billing Party, click Edit.
  4. Select a party in the Bill All Time Charges to drop-down menu.
  5. Select a Predefined Billing Description from the drop-down menu.
  6. Click Save. Your selected party will now have all time charges entered into the case billed directly to him/her.
