Users can access MerusCase on any internet browser. However, for an optimal experience, we recommend using Google Chrome.
MerusCase generally works well with the Mozilla Firefox web browser as well. However, we have found an Adobe flash update has caused some problems with Firefox while using MerusCase.
If you encounter problems uploading files or see certain sections in MerusCase not displaying properly, the first step we recommend taking is to check your internet browser and consider switching to Google Chrome. You can download and install Google Chrome here.
