Merus Keeps Saying I Logged in from Another Location


What could be happening is that the user logged in from another computer (home or another office computer) in the past and never clicked "Sign Out" to log off from MerusCase.
 
To solve this issue:
 
1. Changing the users' password. While logged in the users account go to Tools. Go to Settings and click "edit" in the right hand corner. Then change the password. This will make sure that only the one current location is logged it at the time.
